This is a link to a webpage that lists the daily and one-time community gifts for Total Battle. The Daily Gifts work once a week, on the given day. The One-Time Gifts work only once. :) A "Total Battle Day" starts when the events (Doomsday,...) start. Note that some of the mobile links may not work.

If you play on PC or in a Web Browser, choose "Browser/Total Battle"

On Android, the links will only work if clicking on the link starts the game. So make sure you close the game before clicking on a link!
If you are still having difficulty, try using the Browser/Total Battle link, and get it to open on your Chrome (or other browser). You may need to copy/paste the link into the browser. You will need to login if this isn't your usual way of playing.
iOS

On iOS (Apple Iphone), it seems that the links work, but it will take up to two days until you get your reward!
If you are still having difficulty, try using the Browser/Total Battle link, and get it to open on your Safari (or other browser). You may need to copy/paste the link into the browser. You will need to login if this isn't your usual way of playing.
